Required Skills (Must have)

•    Should be in a position to work as a Individual Contributor

•    Experience in developing with SharePoint with Azure cloud platform

•    Experience designing and developing custom SharePoint workflows

•    Experience in creating functional specs and project documentation and translating functional requirements into detailed technical requirements.

•     Experience with Web/Portal structure and design, development, content management, usability, user experience interface design and navigation.

•      Having strong analytic skills.

•      Knowledge of third-party SharePoint tools.

•     Experience with web development technologies: HTML,5, XML, XSLT, CSS, Ajax Object Oriented JavaScript, SOAP/XML/REST, ODATA Web Services, and React will be added advantage.

•    A general knowledge of networking – IP, DNS, Active Directory, Load Balancing, Azure architecture as well as the concepts of Availability, Scalability, and Maintainability. This person should also understand firewalls, encryption, and security zones.

•  Experience in designing internet and intranet share point application.

Desired Skills (Nice to have)

•    Should be able to work on Agile/Scrum based project.

•    Very good communication skills.

Role Description

·         Overall work experience of 10+ years in full stack development type of projects

·         Ability to be hands-on and also be able to technically lead a group of engineers on programs/initiatives to deliver on programs and projects

·         Ability to interface with Director level Technical and Program Leaders within IBM, End-Client, stakeholders for the programs and projects

Technical Skills

·         4 years hands-on experience on ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana and Logstash) and python programming

·         Must be able to design and develop applications requiring backend storage like Elasticsearch

·         Experience with evaluating existing Elastic clusters, configuration parameters, indexing, search, for Lead role

·         Strong fundamentals and experience in Data analytics 

·         Good knowledge on Cloud (AWS,Azure,GCP)

·         Good knowledge on Beats

·         Good knowledge on PySpark and Kafka, and integration with Logstash will be added advantage

·         Experience in working with: Agile development teams and GIT for source control

·         Additional full stack experience preferred in few of the following areas

·         Javascript, AngularJS, React, NodeJS, TypeScript, Cassandra, MariaDB, CouchDB, Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, ELK Stack, Kafka
