Post : Inside Sales & Marketing Manager( IT)

Location : Gurgaon,

Salary : No bar for a right candidate (Combination of Fixed and Variable)

Office timing of this role : US Shift – East Coast (6:30 pm – 2:30 am)

Job Description : 
Develop new customer, prospects and leads through InsideSales Efforts like; cold calling, email campaigns, digital campaigns, chat, website webinars, references etc.

Must have international sales & marketing experience Perform Account Based Marketing (ABM) – by Identifying, Expanding, Engaging and Converting leads.

Generate qualified leads and setup meetings from cold calling, email campaigns, digital campaigns, chat, website webinars, references etc.

Identify, source, and foster prospective business relationships using a combination of methods and resources (e.g. CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)
Developing marketing plans for lead generation, product awareness & promotion and sales target achievement.

Work closely with the CEO and company leadership to develop an effective sales strategy and framework to further develop a healthy sales pipeline and increase the lead-to-customer conversion rate.

Catching and maintaining sales through cold-calling, following upon leads, growing the sales pipeline, setting up meetings with prospects and distributing pipeline tasks to leadership to meet revenue goals…

Help define and update sales materials and create sales catalogs by partnering with key stakeholders including Leadership Team, SME’s, and other sales stakeholders as needed.

Manage outbound campaigns. Understanding of automation tools like Mailchimp etc.
▪ Good understanding of digital marketing concepts.
▪ Experience in updating the sales materials and creating sales catalogues by partnering with key stakeholders including Leadership Team, SME’s, and other sales stakeholders as per the requirement.

Excellent & tactful communication skills – incl. strong in verbal, written and email writing.
