Location : New Delhi, but need experience who has done projects in Uttarakhand and has done liaison with uttarakhand government , 

Salary  : No bar for a right candidate.

Key Deliverables


  • Dehradun/ Mussoorie Ropeway Project Management (including all parameters of Strategic, Business Development and Collaborations) for completion of Project
  • Ensure pre -production stage of project (budget, scheduling, risk assessment)
  • Ensure overall project plan parameters from a resourcing, timelines, and cost perspectives
  • To plan, monitor, assess resources, direct and act to ensure adherence to the Construction to complete the project within the stipulated period.
  • Analyzing survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical or geological data to plan projects as per compliance.
  • Set Deadlines, tracking mechanism of project performance and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
  • Review of every site progress with help of Site in charge and compare with targeted vs. actual schedule on weekly basis and corrective action plan
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for stakeholders and management review
  • Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Identify potential cost issues in a timely manner to avoid exceeding the project budget
  • To determine and monitor work methods and performance of subcontractors and employees to ensure compliance with their obligations and the company’s management plan.
  • Project Management – Related to project data, reports to see to evaluate actual progress vis a vis variance and corrective action plan
  • Ensure document related to Project, Site, Stakeholder contracts, regulatory authorities Documentation etc documented archived
  • Construction manpower & resources controlling and their proper utilization
  • Guide the Team
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.

Risk Management:

  • Ensure Projects risk to develop scenario for variances and risk management plan  to mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the company HSE policy.
  • Supervise a team of engineers of different stream like HVAC, Electrical, Fire-fighting, Lifts and Escalators, Solar-heating, Plumbing, wet-services, Security and CC-TV, EPABX systems, FTTH.
  • Co-ordinate design deliverables in order to issue to Site Subcontractors areas of program.

Cost Control & Cost Saving Mindset:

  • To advise and provide input into negotiation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers to meet project cost and quality.
  • Project cost controlling during design, estimation, tendering and execution stages and finding the reasons of high profit and avoid any less /loss profit.
  • Reports status of schedule and budget to appropriate project and Company management as well to the client.
  • Regulate Inventory & Stock reports regularly.
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Work with procurement to introduce new suppliers into the business.


  • Ensure – monthly reconciliation statement of building material
  • Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety
  • Active interaction with Architect and sub – contractors
  • Review Daily Progress Report revised plan for the next day
  • Counsel the team member to discuss the absence and missed deadlines.

Bachelor’s / master’s degree in management, Project/Civil or a related field
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with a minimum 3-4 years’ experience as Project Manager for a reputed group
