Territory Sales Manager- Cardiology Division
  • Designation: Territory Sales Manager
  • Locations : Faridabad, Gurgaon , and Uttarakhand locations.

  • Area Coverage: 
  • Product Segment: Cardiology – (Interventional cardiology accessories, Cathlab etc.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To drive the sales strategy through Customer/KOL Engagement, Product Management, Business Strategy for Key Accounts and Driving Implementation of Sales Plan. The position will report directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for:

  • Customer relationship management: Relationship with purchase managers of all the leading hospitals in the region. Good relationships with the Intervention Cardiologists in the region.
  • Technical Support: To handle Cathlab and Excimer lasers case support and lead extraction.
  • Marketing initiatives in the region: Involved in the collection of market information through on market share of Company’s products versus competition in the assigned territories.
  • Serious drive for the results. Serious growth of the area in the previous organization.
  • Good communication skills.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A proven track record of 5+ years of experience, preferably from the Cardiovascular  segment.
  • B.Pharma/ Science graduate/  any equivalent qualification with an MBA – Good to have.
  • Recent experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical and creative mind.

BaseSalary:  Company Standard Package, commensurate with experience.
