International recruitment (specifically US).
▪ In-depth knowledge and experience in designing and
implementation of the overall recruitment cycle.
▪ Must have extensive international exposure specially in US
▪ Extremely adept in the use of creative sourcing techniques (portals,
referrals, databases etc.).
▪ Hands-on experience in using Job portals such as Monster, Dice,
Tech Fetch and professional networks to identify candidates with
varied verticals throughout the US.
▪ Should be target oriented; self-motivated and interested to take up
▪ Excellent communication and writing skills.
▪ Must have extensive knowledge of working with W2 and Corp-Corp requirements
Job Description :
▪ Responsible for closing all open positions; SAP and non SAP.
▪ Source diverse candidates across verticals and competencies.
▪ Build a more robust talent pipeline; thereby, creating candidate pools within their respective
▪ Responsible for understanding technical aspects of the open position.
▪ Expert in use of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) like Job Diva, Bullhorn, Zoniac etc. Parsing
resumes, scheduling interview and updating status.
▪ Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
▪ ▪ Ensuring recruiter submittals are matching to the client’s requirement and key skills are mentioned in the candidate resumes.
▪ Ensuring all the submittals follows and maintains client policies, procedures and guidelines.
▪ Work on to maintaining candidates’ pipeline and build a strong database of candidates for the
applicable clients. Make recommendations and come up with strategies on how to improve delivery as well as the performance
