We have an urgent opening with a reputed company as trademark associate,

Post : Trademark Associate, ( Intellectual Property Associate )

Job Location – Ludhiana , Punjab   

Qualification – Degree in Law ( 2 years training with professional exams & certificates )

 Experience – 3 to 6 years in same field

Salary Package –  6 LPA  ( Negotiable )- No bar for a right candidate. 

 

Job Responsibilities –

Researching existing trademarks so as to advise on availability

Advising on issues of intellectual property , such as design & copyright , as well as trademarks

Drawing up contracts & overseeing the trademark  registration process

Managing & protecting intellectual property rights once trademarks & designs have been registered

Taking appropriate action if client’s  trademark rights are broken

Keeping up with trademark renewals
