Job Description :
To generate leads & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process
To manage time and work flow and create effective client meeting plans
Will be responsible for Key client retention, per client revenue optimization & renewals
Ensure high class service delivery to key clients
Closely monitoring of work in progress, customer complaints
To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company payment terms.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
Identifying & Mapping of potential clients and effectively prioritizing them for sales approach
Making an effective sales presentation based on the identified needs of the prospective clients & handling negotiations effectively.
Act as liaison between key merchant partners and internal teams.
Directly interfacing with prospective clients executive teams of facilitates all stages of proposal closure and execution.
Maximize revenue generation from corporate alliances.
Responsible for Govt. Sales, Micro ATM, Egov & large enterprises.
Must have descent knowledge about various liability banking products.
Must have 10-15 years of relevant experience in transaction banking with added experience in handling of PoS terminals to wholesale and retail banking clients.
Excellent inter personal and communications skills with flair in client handling/ relationship interfacing.
Proficient in ms office tools like word and excel.
Must be willing to travel in assigned region/ areas of operation.
Immediate joining will be an added advantage.
Desirable Skills: Correspondent Banking Business
Handling of correspondent banking business for assigned region.
Managing relationship with various banking channels like SBI/ BoB and other banking partners.
Appointment of CSPs by performing required due diligence and adhering to banking guidelines.
Appointment of Master franchisee and managing existing master franchisees for defined allocation of CSPs in required time span.
Monitoring and ensuring productivity of CSP channel for the assigned region.
Ensuring delivery of assigned revenue/ number targets for the assigned region for BC Biz.
PoS Terminal- Apnapay:
Handling sales & distribution of Apnapay PoS terminals in the assigned region.
Handling key relationships of various clienteles in financial services sector which include large banks, FINTECH NBFCs, Cooperative Banks, Insurance Companies and various Government Departments.
Appointing Master distributors and managing relationship to ensure delivery of defined number of terminals as per agreed terms and conditions.
Will be responsible to perform E2E sales and services to the client with the help of available resources.
