Position based on experience, knowledge, client base etc…:

Ø Candidate should be decent, aggressive and result oriented.
Ø He / She should be well knowledgeable in International Freight & Customs clearance sales with geographical business ideology.
Ø He / She should have ready business in hand to assist the company to grow further along with his/her career development.
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:
Ø He / She must be experienced with 2 to 5 years in the Freight Forwarding Industry & customs clearance activity
Ø He / She should be well knowledgeable in Air & Ocean Import Freight & Customs operation.
Ø He / She will be independent job area wise for inward and outward business AND also capable of delivering the following:
1) Self business generating attitude.
2) Daily sales visits & analysis.
3) Pricing, Negotiation skill for better pricing from Overseas agent as well as local vendors.
4) Sales quotation to the client and subsequent follow up.
5) Maintaining good relation with the existed and new client to retain and develop business revenue.
6) Problem solving skills.
7) Weekly Sales & Revenue reporting
Ø He / She should have the ownership of the job and developing good relation with the team to serve the client.
Ø Maximum Salary would be 4.8 Lakhs per annum.
