Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.

1) Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information,MIS and Accounts Reconciliation

Desired:

Should have MNC exposure (manufacturing sector)

2) Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; Tax assessment

Required Job Experiences & Special Skills

3) Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.

– Planning and organizing skills

4) Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls, facing audits and also

– Communication skills

5) Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.

– Presentation Skill

6) Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

7) Knowledge of Management Reporting standards (IFRS)
