Job Description

• Lead the Wealth Management vertical of the Company by leading a team of existing Relationship Managers and recruit and build a team of new Relationship Managers across India with aggressive ramp up.
• Ability to recruit relevant operations professionals to enable scaling up of the business including building a product team to cater to the RM with well researched ideas and products for the clients.
• Ability to create and implement a strategic plan with 3 year view of ramping up the assets under advisory.
• Solid understanding and market mapping of existing single family offices and UHNI in Northern India to create a focus group of RM to cater to them.
• Ability to directly build and manage large family offices and UHNI relationships
• Responsible for Profit & Loss of the vertical as per the strategic plan
• Sound understanding of Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income Markets and alternative investments are critical for the job.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in leadership role in similar vertical with total experience of atleast 6 to 9 years
2. Self motivated, dynamic, target oriented & goals achiever who can work independently.
3. Should have sound business acumen.

Remuneration– Commensurate with the profile and experience.
