1. Post : BHMS Doctor ( Female Doctor)

Location – New Delhi (New Friends Colony , South Exe) and Gurgaon , Ahmedabad , Chennai ( 3 positions for each branch ) 

Experience – Minimum 3yrs

Salary – INR 25,000 to 40,000 per month (Depends on Candidate and interview) 

Job profile :-

·          Honour the clients and provide the best consultation.

·          Taking ownership related to the treatment of clients.

·          Ensure the safekeeping of the client records.

·          Responsible for handling the problem of clients in a highly professional manner.

·          Ensuring the safekeeping of medical equipment, products, company valuables, and assets.

·          Candidates Should have Excellent comm skills.

           BHMS Degree is Must . 

           Cancer Knowledge is Must .

JOB DESCRIPTION: –

You will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of our Dermo-cosmetic Products to Various Specialties of Doctors. We require B-Pharma/B.Sc (Biology, Biotech, and Botany), B.Com fresh graduates or candidates having below one year of work experience. MBA fresher’s can also be considered.

Excellent English Communication and thorough Scientific Knowledge is a MUST.

  •   Establish the concepts of all products and effectively communicate them to Doctors
  •   Utilize selling skills effectively to generate the demand and business from doctors
  •   Execute the plan, agreed with Scientific Sales Manager, effectively and give regular feedback

    regarding the same

  •   Conduct CMEs and group meetings as agreed.
  •   Focus on updating one’s knowledge and skill
  •   Achieve Sales as well as Activity Targets
  •   Develop KOLs on basis of business and clinical interests.

Excellent English Communication is a MUST. Candidates who wouldn’t be able to communicate in basic English language shall be rejected.

 

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

–          3 rounds of interview – Telephonic round, 2 personal rounds of interview

–          Once we receive the resume of the candidate, we will conduct a telephonic round of interview with the candidate. Those candidates who are shortlisted through the telephonic round of interview would be appearing for further rounds of interview
