Position Purpose-

Working Capital finance underwriting and monitoring,

Position Responsibilities-

Underwriting of proposals for working capital finance and mortgages,

Monitoring the performance of the WCF portfolio through active participation in EWS calls,

Inter-department and vendor communication and management,

Channel and vendor visits and training,

Tracking the MIS for Deferrals, overdue payment, PDD, renewals, PNPA/NPA accounts, stressed account accounts planned for exit etc,

Sound knowledge of Properties wrt Legal and Technical,

Qualifications and Experience Requirement-



Essential 3 years+ in underwriting proposals for working capital finance/ mortgages,

Competency Requirements-

Good communication skills (oral + written) to effectively share the thoughts with the team/seniors and take the discussion to closure well in time

Good understanding of Mortgage risks including risk of title of property proposed as security,

Market knowledge

Good understanding of Indian Economy and the industry specifics SWOT analysis to pick up right information before funding any proposal,

- Should be mobile to any location

- Should have the passion to accept any task and handle the complexity with utmost patience and should exhibit solution oriented approach rather than problem oriented approach,
