Post : Scientific Sales Executive Cum Medical Representative,

Locations:

1. Mumbai – 1 opening (Territory coverage- Bandra to Andheri )
2. Delhi – 1 opening (South Delhi)
3. Chennai – 1 opening
4. Bangalore – 1 opening (Territory Kormangala, M G Road, HSR Layout,

5.  Hyderabad – 1 opening

Compensation / Salary : Fresher Graduates – CTC will be INR 2,50,000/- per annum plus allowances, mobile expenses, and unique incentives. MBA fresher’s, CTC will be INR 3,00,000/- per annum plus above-mentioned perks. Candidates with up to one year of work experience will be considered. Compensation depending upon their current CTC however not more than INR 3,00,000/- per annum.

The candidate will be on six months probation, post six months based on the performance he/she will be a confirmed team member of the company.


JOB DESCRIPTION: –
You will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of our Dermo-cosmetic Products to Various Specialties of Doctors.

We require B-Pharma / B.Sc (Biology, Biotech, and Botany), or candidates having below one year of work experience. MBA fresher’s can also be considered.

Excellent English Communication and thorough Scientific Knowledge is a MUST.

At least basic understanding and communication in English language is required since it is a specialty division of Dermocosmetic. Candidates who wouldn’t be able to communicate in basic English language shall be rejected

  • Establish the concepts of all products and effectively communicate them to doctors
  • Utilize selling skills effectively to generate the demand and business from doctors
  • Execute the plan, agreed with Scientific Sales Manager, effectively and give regular feedback regarding the same
  • Conduct CMEs and group meetings as agreed.
  • Focus on updating one’s knowledge and skill
  • Achieve Sales as well as Activity Targets
  • Develop KOLs on basis of business and clinical interests.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: 

  • 3 rounds of interview – Telephonic round, 2-3 personal rounds of interview
  • Once we receive the resume of the candidate, we will conduct a telephonic round of interview with the candidate. Those candidates who are shortlisted through the telephonic round of interview would be appearing for further rounds of interview.
  • Interviews will be on Skype or at office.
